Job Overview

The HR Department of a reputable international corporate courier service companyas ESC Courier typically looks for cheerful Dispatch Riders who are diligent and comfortable in working with a cross section of clientele, from informal to formal/corporate environments delivering parcels with great care. Deliver more, earn more.

Dispatch Rider Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Must be fluent in English and at least one local language. Additional languages are a plus.
• Must hold a minimum of Senior High School Diploma and above.
• Must have a valid Rider(A)/drivers license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have at least one year of previous work experience as a courier rider.
• Be well groomed/dressed at all times.
• Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Pick up and deliver parcels cheerfully, professionally with care.
• Be assertive; help customers place orders correctly, modify or effectively explain delivery options enroute.
• Ability to coordinate with customer care representatives and warehouse teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Be confident and comfortable to mingle in corporate environments.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable working with basic office systems; use digital tools and applications is a plus.
• Two references. Must be trustworthy and punctual.
